Finance Unit

As the Finance Unit we manage, monitor, analyze financial resources according to UNDP Policies and Procedures, we make payments, administer and implement financial strategies, management of office project budgets, bank reconciliation, Atlas vendor management, Country Office cash management, control of Country Office Bank Accounts, Global Payroll, Analysis & advice to senior management on financial resources.

We deal with financial support to other UN Agencies, ensuring an effective & accurate financial resources management and oversight.

Human Resources

As Human Resources Unit is our commitment to ensure transparent implementation of Human Resources strategies in Country Office, we effectively delivery the Human Resources services and management of the Country Office Human Resources Unit.

Procurement

The Service Center in Mozambique

The main objective of the Service Center is to increase the efficiency of overall country office operations in general and the delivery of the UNDP programme in particular, through the provision of support services in the areas of recruitment, procurement and contracting, and other general services to the UNDP programme and UN Agencies. The Service Center is a mechanism to disburse aid funds rapidly and efficiently and in an accountable manner.
