Finance Unit

As the Finance Unit we manage, monitor, analyze financial resources according to UNDP Policies and Procedures, we make payments, administer and implement financial strategies, management of office project budgets, bank reconciliation, Atlas vendor management, Country Office cash management, control of Country Office Bank Accounts, Global Payroll, Analysis & advice to senior management on financial resources.

We deal with financial support to other UN Agencies, ensuring an effective & accurate financial resources management and oversight.

Our country office is committed in ensuring transparent and efficient human resource services to UNDP Mozambique, the Resident Coordinator's Office and to some of the non-resident UN Agencies, such as UNAIDS.
