Finance Unit  

As the Finance Unit we manage, monitor, analyze financial resources according to UNDP Policies and Procedures, we make payments, administer and implement financial strategies, management of office project budgets, bank reconciliation, Atlas vendor management, Country Office cash management, control of Country Office Bank Accounts, Global Payroll, Analysis & advice to senior management on financial resources.

We deal with financial support to UNDP Mozambique, the Resident Coordinator's Office, UNAIDS, and to some of the non-resident UN Agencies, ensuring an effective and accurate financial resources management and oversight.
